People say, we should not be hurry when doing stuff. And then when we do according to what that person says, you are doing it too slow. And if you try to make it fast, you are too fast, make a mess of everything. So when people say fast, don't think about something else and make yourself lost the speed control of what you are doing. And when people scolded you, don't let your adrenaline makes you lost control.
Work properly, don't do to slow and make people wait. Be fast a bit and you wait for them.
